
Getting You Holiday Ready: Important Appointment Info
Dear Lovely Clients,
As we head into our busiest week of the year, we want to say a huge thank you for your loyalty and for choosing us to get you glam for Christmas! We are so excited to see you and work our magic.

Because this is our busiest week of the whole year, our schedule is tighter than ever. To help us look after our stylists and respect everyone's time, please note:

Please arrive alone (we don't have spare seats for guests!).

Allow 10 mins for parking to ensure you are in the chair at your start time.

If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please phone us immediately.

If you are over 10 minutes late, we may have to forfeit your appointment (with a fee) or change your service to something quicker. We simply cannot run late for the clients following you.

Stick to the plan. If you are thinking of a major change, please reach out to your stylist before your appointment. Because we are back-to-back, we likely won't have the time to add extra services or make major changes on the day.
