Our Booking Fee Policy

Applicability

This booking fee policy applies to new clients or appointments involving extensive color services at NRG Hair.


Booking Fee Options

When making a reservation, clients are required to pay a booking fee of 20% of the total services booked.


Purpose of Booking Fee

It serves as a security and precautionary measure to protect our business and ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our salon in the case of a no-show or late cancellation. While we understand that life is not always in your control, we need to ensure a continuous flow of the business.


Payment Due at Time of Booking

To secure an appointment, the booking fee must be paid upon the time of booking. We kindly request clients make the payment immediately to confirm their appointment.


Refund and Credit Policy

If the client provides at least 12 hours' notice for rescheduling or canceling, the booking fee will be credited to the clients profile and can be used any time in the future. Alternatively if the client will not use the credit, it can be refunded to the card on which it was paid.


Exceptional Cases

In cases where a client reschedules, cancels, or no-shows within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded or credited.


Payment Method

Clients have several convenient payment options available for their booking fee. They can pay in cash or by card directly at the salon, over the phone, or request a secure online payment link. Clients who prefer to use afterpay as their payment method can pay the deposit using afterpay and settle the remaining amount on the day of their appointment.




Late Cancellation Fee Policy

Effective Date: February 27th 2022 - present


Late Cancellation Fee

If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment, cancels, or reschedules with less than 12 hours’ notice and has not previously paid a booking fee, a late cancellation fee will be charged. This fee is designed to compensate for the lost time and potential revenue due to the last-minute change, as well as to discourage last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


Fee Amount and Payment

The late cancellation fee amount will be 20% of the total services booked. The client will be required to pay this fee before they are eligible to rebook their appointment. This fee will be in addition to the regular booking fee for the new appointment.


Rebooking Restriction

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment, cancel, or reschedule with less than 12 hours’ notice and do not pay the late cancellation fee will not be allowed to rebook until the fee is paid in full. Once the late cancellation fee is settled, the client may then proceed to book a new appointment, along with the applicable booking fee.
